Welcome to Louis Management LLC, a full service property management company located in Stafford Springs, CT.

We are a family run business with a desire to provide clean, safe and affordable housing in our hometown. The majority of our apartments are financed by the United States Department of Agriculture's Rural Development Housing Program. Some of our units come with rental assistance (rent is based on income).
